It’s perhaps the best way to cruise for a date.

Online dating site Match.com has teamed up with a leading U.S. singles cruise company to launch a pair of vacation packages for singletons who aren’t afraid of taking their search for a soul mate to the high seas.

Not unlike matchmaker airlines, SinglesCruise.com is launching a Halloween-themed love boat and a New Year’s Eve package reserved exclusively for singletons.

Halloween fans may be interested in what’s billed as the largest Halloween bash at sea, with about 500 single cruisers, while the New Year’s Eve package culminates in a gala event.
